This privacy policy explains how LLM Ventures (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our websites pocketpal.dev and llm-ventures.com.

PocketPal AI is an open-source mobile application that runs large language models entirely on your device. Our websites provide information about the project, a community benchmark leaderboard, and resources for the open-source AI community.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for processing aggregated, anonymous benchmark data to maintain the community leaderboard.

• Maintain and operate the community benchmark leaderboard

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

• Analytics data — retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default), after which it is automatically deleted.
• Benchmark data — retained indefinitely as aggregated, anonymous community data for the leaderboard.

The PocketPal AI mobile application processes all data locally on your device. No personal data, conversations, or model inputs are transmitted to our servers. The app does not require an account or internet connection for its core functionality.

Benchmark submissions to the community leaderboard are entirely voluntary and anonymous. They contain only device and performance information — no personal data is included.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website.
